I ask last year for re-instatement.I was turn down. Was it stated that I pay Mr Hertz $2250. for a $1000. chip that he had people lie to the courts of the value of the chip. that I paid $1000. to Mr. Walls. Was it stated that it was not taken from his home.Was it stated that after I paid for the chip he ask the courts for me to return the chip and for him to keep the money. Was it stated that he would not talk to me to settle this matter before it went to court.
We are not all angels.
I am not trying to start trouble I made a mistake, paid for it, should have went about it a different way to settle any problems we had.
I believe that the club did the right thing. I am asking again to be re-instated.
