... Isn't it aggravating that there is no credit for 'repeat' business? You are not rewarded by eBay for your excellent transactions by repeat customers. BUT on the other hand you are chastised repeatedly for negatives from one customer. That always seemed like a double standard. Maybe multiple transactions in a few days count as one but after a pre-determined time the repeat customer's feedback again counts toward a total score.
