Chuck has received 5000 positive feedbacks and no negatives. Repeat customers only have one (1) positive feedback that applies towards the total score...so if the same person bought fifty items from Chuck and left fifty positives, it only counts as one towards his overall score (1881) but all fifty are counted as feedback received (5000).
