philately is from French philatelie plus a Greek suffix.

numismatics is from Latin numisma or Greek nomisma, plus a suffix.

And I always liked the term for a matchcover collector:

phillumenist. Got the 'love of...'(phil) and the light (lumen) in there <g>.

jetonamist?

spielmarkist?

something that has to do with games, markers, etc. followed by an appropriate suffix.

Maybe Rene can think of something. He thinks in those other languages every day <g>.
