It ain't slander, it's conjecture. Why did you put a note at the end of your auction saying contact safeharbor and you if anyone emailed about the chips. Did you expect something was going to happen?

Here's a direct quote from one of your auctions, tell me it's not deceptive? (and what the heck do I care anyway?) "We also have an auctions for over $28,000.00 worth of Casino Chips with a bid of just $36.99 WOW WOW WOW.."

Are they casino chips? Are they worth $28,000?

You could just be a nice guy and put additional information on your Dutch auction saying that these chips were not made for casinos and never used at casinos. They are fantasy chips.

I bet if you did that, a bunch of people would write you some nice feedback for being a seller who listens and makes changes when they have misidentified an item up for auction.
