Almost true grin grin
In Response To: Re: Scammed at A/C Casino ()

The thief is also a 'customer'.

IMO the police would have no problem obtaining a warrant for the video tape if the casino didnt volunteer it first. They may well show it to the thief in order to avoid wasting the courts' time.

When I lost chips, they told me what the surveillance showed, and that the thief was a regular customer known to them. They paid me out and said they would sort it out themselves. Its a lot easier to be traced over here I guess where you have to be a member or carry ID (as you will well remember )

When I played roulette at the Palms, I bought $500 or so of chips at the table. They asked my name. Is that routine (for security) or to check whether I was a resident and would qualify for a players card? They did not ask for ID.

The same thing happened at the IP. Next morning an envelope was pushed under the door to my room with a VIP card (with credits). By the time I had finished putting $1500 through the strike machine and playing roulette at $50 a spin for 3 hours (which was only about 30 spins it was so busy) I qualified for a free night if I paid for two.
