not that I could EVER afford any of those chips where the seller has ended the auction early. But if I was interested in a particular chip auction and it was ended earlier because "it was no longer available", I'd be a bit pi$$ed off. The only potential benefits to the seller in a case like that is getting more money than he anticipated in getting through completion of the auction...and avoiding eBay's final fees!! Is it worth pi$$ing off past & future bidders...to some it obviously is. The buyer, by not having to go through the possible bidding war, possibly spending too much or worse yet, being outbid. Ending an auction early...kinda scummy. JMO. Steve B
