I live in a very sketchy city. We have had rashes of Unemployment and Social Security checks stolen, and sometimes, not delivered. We've had instances of Postal Workers robbed, and instances of Postal Workers stealing.

I'm not blaming the USPS, I'm just commenting on all the stuff I'd had gone stolen/missing!

Where I am, Worcester, MA (The second largest City in MA), to post a letter you drop it in your own mailbox, and flip the flag up.

I've begun carrying my packages and letters down to the PO, and having them do it!
