Cal, the BONEYARD itself is within blocks of downtown in a pretty seedy neighborhood. The Nevada State Museum has several of the pieces on display and the pieces at 4th and Fremont (?) are theirs as well.
Tours are arranged through the Neon Museum folks. It's a group of 10 people or a private tour for $50.00. I think I've got this right. Contact the Nevada State Museum and they'll link you up.
