Both A Joes and Garden City have a huge Asian games crowd and they passed these out to good customers at Chinese New years celebrations for 2-3 years before they found out no one really cared about them and would rather they spend the money on roast pigs and a dragon dance so they quit. Never used in games and essentially a pretty "medallion". I have bought them from players for $15-25 and they are worth $20-40 to collectors that find they attractive.
