I don't know about the Lansky connection. I have a book entitled "The Beverly" which chronicles the life of the club. Unfortunely most of it is about the post-gambling days as a dinner theater. I have not read the book yet though.

The chip you show came out this year. I have information that a fair amount of them are being held by one person slowly selling them on eBay. He had other denominations of $1 and $25 as well.
