You are something! The club paid Gaming Times $1,000.00 for the front cover because Janice O'Neal pushed and pushed and pushed again for the club to spend something for promotion. Too bad the expenditure had to be made involving a magazine that ALREADY goes to chip collectors!

Too bad this is the only expenditure you can point too of any substance for club promotion in the last three years. It is unfortunate you cannot debate facts but always have to make the issue personal. I have my facts straight you don't. All one has to do is look at the published finacial statements in the club magazine - They speak for the issue.

The fact is money has not been spent on any type of club promotion (ignoring the $1,000 for Gaming Times cover) otherwise the board would not have merged the expense into another expense and dropped it. Who are you kidding????

You and I have gone round and round on this issue and it always ends up the same way. The club still does not spend enough on club promotion. If the $1,000.00 expenditure had not been made. What could you point too?

Tell me you didn't say "The club does not need the money" when requested to handle the Our Bar promotion?

Tell me and other club members where the board has supported a fund outlay for club promotion? It takes a lot of gall to point to Gaming Times cover as the clubs promotion. If it were not for Janice pushing for that expenditure; it would have never been made. I have no problem with this expenditure to help Bill and his magazine. Lord knows he does much for the hobby. To use it in support for the yearly club promotion is assnine and insults everyone's intelligence.

Why don't you address the issue? Quit making it look like I'm attacking indiviuals. I'm discussing a policy carried out by you and the board that spends little if any on club promotion. Stick to this issue, if you can!

It is not a secret who I support for office. I am not a campaign manager just a club member concerned with the future growth of the club. Yes, it is serious. I really don't know how years of NO SPENDING FOR CLUB PROMOTION can be repaired. I'm hoping the "new" officers can correct it.

All the twisting and changing of the subject can not chnage the numbers. The numbers are supported by cancelled checks and receipts. Say what you wish - but the facts are ----take away the Gaming Times expenditure--- and you can not point to anything of substance. period!!!!!! Best, Jim
