You're note is a bit of a twist to me?? If the opening bid is CLOSE to you're statements at the end of your note "A Auction with a acceptable opening bid...", then I agree with you. If the opening bid (or reserve) is at "book" value, then I disagree.......IT'S JUST ANOTHER SALE!!
