I agree. These sellers that don't tell the reserve are hurting themselves. There is just no reason not to say what the reserve is. I've had sellers tell me it isn't fair to the other bidders??? Don't know how they figure that one. A couple of years ago it was the main topic on the ebay chat boards. It was decided that if the seller doesn't reveal his reserve, then there must be something wrong with it. Either the reserve is too high, and he just wanted to see how the market was, or too high because he didn't want to pay ebay fees. If you have a reserve, let people know what it is if they ask. They're asking for a reason. They don't want to waste their time.
