Yes, I also have four different Caesars Tahoe $1 chips in my collection just to show the range of this exact same variation. However, even though they LOOK different, the surface texture FEELS the same. The variation seems to be an effect of rotating a sub layer relative to the surface layer. With the Silver Legacy, the surface texture on the waffly chip is noticebly rougher than the plain chip. I have not studied enough chips firsthand on this to see if there are many intermediate variations.
