In addition to the PH cash-value chips issued by various adjacent casinos over the years, the Planet Hollywood restaurant in Las Vegas (in the Forum Shops mall) issued 2 different chips. Sold in their gift shop, these "advertising or souveneir" classified Paulson full-graphic chips had the PH name + logo + Las Vegas on them.

The chips were available a few years ago, but have not been available recently, I don't think.
