Just to show a some numbers. If a coffee shop opened up at the airport and it was going to cost 500K a month for the lease, then it would take 100,000 cups of coffee at $5.00 a cup just to pay for the lease.

If they were opened for 18 hours a day, they would have to sell 188 cups of coffee per hour per day for 365 day a year to cover the cost of the lease!
