Bob, El Paso begins with an "El" also, but last time I looked it was in Texas! BTW; There are TWO El Tropical Casinos. One is in San Juan.... the other is in Mayaguez. The CHIPCO issues are from San Juan, the Bud Jones chips are from Mayaguez.
