I stopped at LV city hall this morning and ask asked for the mayors Secretary. I was fully expecting to leave my chips and come back another day to get them. The "Special Assisstant To The Mayor", William Cassidy came out to greet me. He did not know the "Oscar" chip was out yet. He was kind enough to take me to the Mayor's office to get my chips signed. It was the 1st time the Mayor had seen the chips. He was quite pleased with them.
