There is a Casino Matchcover Club that puts out a bi-monthly newsletter called "The Gambling Gazette" September through July. It's usually 4 pages xeroxed front and back with a color cover page. The newsletter covers casinos from all over the country. They have a numbering system, but from what I can tell, the only way to get the information is to buy all the back issues (a little over 60 of them). Last time I checked the cost was $73 for all the back issues, but it may have gone up.
