Nice box there Bill!
Speaking of not overheating, my latest rig is rather interesting. It's actually liquid-cooled! I decided to try it on a lark, so I bought the case that supported liquid cooling. It works not unlike your car, with a reservoir and pump in the bottom of the case. The top of the case has a radiator and a couple of fans to pull air across the reservoir. The heatsink fans on the CPU and the video card are replaced by copper heatsinks that the liquid (basically anti-freeze) runs through before heading up to the radiator.
It works amazingly well. I've had no problem with leaks. The case has a "thermometer" that is placed between the copper heatsink and the CPU. The temperature is displayed on the case. In normal processing with good ventilation, the temperature under the heatsink runs in the mid-80's.
There are only 2 fans in the case that run all the time. It's very quiet, which is a bonus. I'd recommend it to anyone capable of building their own box and feeling a bit adventurous!
