Don't start with their website. Go to www.techbargains.com, and look for the latest up-to-the-minute Dell specials. I got a new control unit from Dell about three months ago... 2.4 Ghz processor, 80GB hard drive, 512MB memory, CD/RW - about twice as fast, large, and smart as my older Dell. Total (before taxes) was $549. Plus - free shipping. Plus - a $200 rebate. I got a computer on steroids for a little under four hundred bucks. Never a problem with it at all.
