By Production numbers, I guess the list would read like this:
- 2000 Cinco $25 - Only 100 produced.
- Sammy Hagar $25 - Only 250 produced.
- Cure $25 - Only 250 produced.
- Van Morrison $100 - Only 250 produced.
If I had to give my opinion regarding the hardest Hard Rock chips to obtain, the list would read:
- 2000 Cinco $25 - Get your pocket book out. This one is expensive. Will cost an arm and a leg to get.
- Sammy Hagar $25 - Once again, can be obtained but it's expensive. There goes your other arm and leg. Now you can't post on the chip board any longer.
- #2 Roulettes - I have only seen one available for-sale EVER. No one knows for sure how many are available.
- #1 Roulettes - There again, I've seen the Cure and Van Morrison chips available on eBay WAY more often than these. If one does show up on eBay, sometimes they will fall through the cracks since most roulettes listed on eBay are of more common ones. I saw a post on the board a few weeks back and a collector got a couple ridiculously cheap on ebay. Once again, no one knows for sure how many got out into collector's hands.
- Van Morrison $100 - for me this is a toss-up between the Cure chip. I listed this chip next because I have seen the Cure chip come up more often on eBay than the $100 Van Morrison.
- Cure Chip $25 - pricey $25 chip. There is one on eBay right now and it's at $411.66 (not my auction).
I'd be interested to see what other collector's thought. Especially regarding the numbered roulettes.
