Just an FYI.. They will passing in Illinois who will get the last riverboat casino to be built. Not far from me. The 3 towns are Harrah's (Waukegan), Rosemont and Desplaines. The last 2 I'm not sure who will be the owners. The one in Rosemont is having a hard time. Big claim of mob connection!!! Not sure of a completion date. But it will go up fast!!!
