And then in your current post I am responding to you use the following sentence containing the word strange.

"And if the decision of the committee and board of directors is not to proceed, what will happen to this pot of money? Pretty strange!

Don; All the money that has been collected to date is from voluntary donations from "dreamers" who think this project will come to reality someday. If the project does not happen for one reason or another... I'm sure the club will find another good use for it... Gotta have some faith and trust Don. The money collected thus far is set aside in a separate bank account and is not to be used towards the daily operations of the club.
