While we're talking about databases, this is another one that I use daily. I keep track of my trades, sales and purchases with this one. As you can see, it has places to put all the info I need, plus some very handy macros are tied to those buttons on the upper right side.

With just one click, I can print mailing labels, 3 different kinds of envelopes, priority mailing labels, or, using paste address button, I can load my paste buffer up with the persons name, address, city, state and zip and paste it into another application, or an email or whatever. It is really handy.

I use the notes area to keep track of each trade and where we stand.
