Yes, I know, but Harvey has alot of mistakes in regard to addresses.
Really?
Man, look at all this stuff I found sittin' around on my desk! Never have run across any Ta-Neva-Ho stuff with Stateline on it. Stateline is at the opposite end of the lake after all. In the Fall '03 issue of CCTN Howard Herz had an excellent article on Ta-Neva-Ho/Crystal Bay Club and shows a Ta-Neva-Ho matchbook that lists a Crystal Bay location while this chip sez LT. Fuller lists Stateline clubs like Tahoe Bowl as Hwy 50 in Douglas county and Crystal Bay clubs as Hwy. 28 and Washoe county. Seems a stretch to suppose someone was possibly leasing the bowling operation (and running slots and 21) at Ta-Neva-Ho and advertising the wrong town, if Stateline was indeed a "town".
Ta-Neva-ho's bowling lanes are now a very nice resturant at the Crystal Bay Club, about 25-30 miles from Stateline.
