Now this may sound silly...lets say I win at auction a casino chip from you and it is not what I expected. Instead of contacting you to give you a chance to resolve it I just leave you negative feedback. Would you be happy with that?
Its not just about paying...your job is not done. The buyer has to be a good buyer as well. He has the right to leave negative feedback if the seller avoids him or is unwilling to refund his money.
My feedback policy works for me. If you buy something from me and are not happy with it I want to issue a refund.
While I do not agree with your policy...If it works for you you then I am happy for you. I could be wrong with my policy, I guess I will have to do more research on it
