I don't make mistakes. I auction for pleasure . . . to have something to look at in the morning when I wake up . . . after I check the WSJ. However, I do take them seriously . . . providing accurate descriptions and pictures of exactly what is at auction. While I can't say nobody will ever be dissatisfied with one of my auctions I can say that in over four years of auctioning on eBay I have never had a single buyer state that they were dissatisfied. Simply put, the situation has never come up and I sincerely doubt that it will.
