Another confrontation aired publicly on the Chipboard.

The online casino collecting community gathers on the ChipBoard daily to get away from the day to day and to participate in something they truly enjoy. It is the hobby's Cheers - "the place where everyone knows your name". We feel comfortable here, we come here to enjoy ourselves. And yet from time to time some unpleasantness will trespass into our Garden of Eden. Until this latest outbreak there was quite a long peaceful spell, something I now realize, since it is gone, how much I valued it.

I will not, I cannot blame anyone. There is no blame. We are allowed to express our opinions here. And we are allowed to agree or disagree. That is freedom of speech, and it is good, whether we like the message or not. And each of us has our own style. Some are gentle and some are not. Some play by the rules and some make up their own rules. The Chipboard allows us to express our individuality and this is good.

I feel sorry. I feel sorry for the innocent bystanders who have to put up with the unpleasantness. I feel more sorry for those who have been unfairly wronged. I feel most sorry for those who do not have the capacity to understand that what they are writing on the ChipBoard is causing more bad than good. I feel sorry because they feel miserable and they are out to make others feel their misery. If they cannot get along with others on the Chipboard, think about how difficult the rest of their lives must be. I feel most sorry for them. They are the juveniles doing bad things to try and get even or just to get attention. How sad.

This storm cloud shall soon pass and we will feel better about our hobby.
