I doubt you will see UV on most LE chips being used today. There is now a 5¢ charge for UV.
You will see it on LE chips that uses a house mold. Gaming requires Paul-Son to have their distintive logo on all chips they produce. The H&C mold meets that requirement. House molds will require the UV H&C.
