My chips have been a little slow to arrive and I've e-mailed you and received no response. I'm probably jumping the gun by expecting them in the mail within three weeks of payment.

I was asking if anyone knew you hoping someone would respond that they did, and reassure me of your credibility.

If there have been extenuating circumstances and you tell me my chips are in the mail, that's good enough for me.
