Sorry! It will never happen. The primary reason it will never happen is the degree of control that would have to be exercised over any (all) chapters by the National Organization.

No one has the time nor does the National Organization want to spend the type of money it would take to insure compliance with all established National rules that would be required from the Chapters.

It is a dead issue previously brought about by all the individuals, for whatever reason, who felt the money sent to the National Organization for membership dues was not worth it.

The BOD made an outstanding and difficult decision. The issue is closed and has been put to bed!

No one should blame anyone or anything for the decision. Let's put it behind us and move on.
