A few weeks ago I made a bid, initial offering price of $7.95. Seven days later, just before the auction closed I was outbid. The final/winning bid was $10.03. Later that day I received a Second Chance offer to buy the same chip for $7.95, my initial and only bid. I, of course, chose to do so, paid via Paypal and received the chip. Also the Second chance offer/price included shipping, whereas if I had won the auction I would have had to pay $1.85 shipping. I still can't figure this out, but needless to say I was thrilled.
