I'm sorry to hear you had a transaction go bad. It's happened to us all. I understand that the bulk of your complaint is about the condition of the chip that you rec'd and that the shipping charges was just "icing" on the cake for you.

In your second post on this thread you emphasized the shipping charges as if that also caused you some grief with that transaction. I personally find it interesting that someone would bid on an auction and then later complain about the shipping charges afterwards.

I have to disagree with you about making shipping charges part of the code-of-ethics. We live in a free market society and I frankly would not be part of any group to choose to legislate how much we should charge to conduct own own business affairs. Living up to a code of conduct or ethics is something we all should live by. Shipping charges has nothing to with ethics.

You've done a fair amount of name calling on this board this morning and I wonder how that fits into the code of ethics...
