Having a mentor program wouldnt eliminate the open forum. It's an option that's open to someone should they like the idea.

It won't be for everyone, but it's a wonderful opportunity to build friendships, and to really help people.

People using the mentor program won't be discouraged from posting. On the contrary, i think there are alot of things that having multiple opinions are usefull.

Bottom line is, its an option. I feel the up side is enormous, and the downside , minimal.
