It's the latest variation of the My Doom virus
In Response To: SOMEONE HAS A WORM, PLEASE CHECK YOUR COMPUTER ()

I believe it just started circulating the end of last week. Symantec just put out new anti-virus definitions for it yesterday. I've been getting it too since yesterday.
