I have been thinking of these since I saw them a couple weeks ago in Mississippi. They were given out at the Casinos in Tunica, Biloxi and Gulfport for a straight flush or with a little wrangling of the room manager from what I was told. Don't have one to scan but maybe someone would be willing to post a pic.
