You say because a seller posts information about a specific type of auction on a website frequented by chip collectors, a potential ebay purchaser is supposed to look for it there before bidding?

In fairness, the seller should cancel the auction, inform the buyer that he will NOT be held responsible for completing the transaction. The auction should then be re listed with an accurate non-misleading heading.

It is a shame that in many cases, purchasers are more concerned about protecting their feedback rating than getting ripped off.
