I read the post and thought you done good. I guess I should have complimented you then, so at least you would know it didn't go by unseen.
I was also hoping that the seller would revise the auctiuon after your email. Guess that didn't happen.
I've contacted many a buyer on Ebay over time, when I've seen them bid up high on a chip that isnt worth much, because of fraudulent descriptions. In fact just a couple weeks ago I emailed a buyer after they paid over $22.00 for an obsolete "very old" Arizona Charlie's chip that was said to be very rare and extrememly hard to get. I also informed the buyer all about the chipboard, and the club and the TCR. They then came to the board and posted for a TCR and got one. A future member in the making.
This is one of the things I love about us as a group. Protecting the newbies. We are..."The Watchdogs"
Next..perhaps we need a secret handshake and a secret cheer. May I suggest: "woof"!
Thanks Brian, and Carl (or Carol) and everyone else for your vigilence!
Cheers !....and Woof !
