I don't know about LV, but in AC there are two popular no limit cash games.

The Tropicana has a low limit, no limit game with a minimum $60 and maximum $300 buy in. There have been times when the game is spread on three tables. On busy weekends there is a main game and a must move going. The Tropicana also has eight tournaments a week with the no limit hold 'em being the most popular.

Borgata also has a no limit game with about the same rules from what I have heard.
