I found a few of those tokens a few years ago in a huge lot of tokens from a token dealer at a flea market. No I don't think they were fantasy tokens since the box also contained real Playboy Bahamas tokens and some from Nevada. I also have picked up the chips in the last year or so but never heard that they were fantasy chips although the ones I have do look new. My best guess is never opened or didn't last very long.
