You are correct! That chip is rather common. But...
Most of those chips are pretty well worn. Like you mentioned they were in play for quite a while. That is another reason why I couldn't beleive I recieved even one bid. The chip that sold for $46.00 ($40.00 over priced) was worn with rounded edges. Mine is almost new. A little bit of what I call "Table Grease" You know that black goo that globs up on chip edges. But the chip itself has no big nicks and the cross-hatching goes all the way to the edge. Maybe it was in play for a couple of days, but no more. In my opinion it's worth just a little more than a worn chip. Maybe $7.00 :-)
