If you would have been there on deliverly day of the chips, all 3 could have come from the same rack of chips.
BJ chip inlays come in a wide variety of shades. I think they call it Pad printing. I have found slight shade variations on 4 & 5 chips in the same rack.
As far as the olive windows on chip 3, measure the space between California and the rim on the chips. The Inlay is more than likely placed a little higher. BJ inlays are put on by hand. It would be possible that no 2 were placed the same.
Rim color? Break the 3 chips, IMO all 3 will have the same color inside. Just varing degrees of dirt and sweat from handling.

If you collect BJ color variations its a lifetime job.
