A couple days ago, there was a thread where some of us posted our top five favorite chips. With top five chips, I also posted a scan of this token. I've had a couple of collectors seeking information about it but I really don't know any "facts" about the token.

Can anyone help us out?

• How many were made?
• Why were they made?
• Date of release and/or Mfg Date?
• Who else owns one?
