A friend of mine is going to Cannes and Monaco and has offered to get me chips. Can he ask to buy chips at a cage or must he play a game. He does not gamble. Are there any casinos that are more desireable than anothers. What does he need to know going into the casinos? Any suggestions, tips, help would be appreciated.
