On Jan 27, 2004 James Campiglia sold a chip like this one on eBay ( ITEM 3269631792 ). The high bid was $198. In his eBay ad he states,

"RARITY: 7!!!! About 30 around undrilled & I found most of them. Still have a few left. I run one for auction every now & then & chips are hot now so time to put this really nice one up for grabs."

This chip is NOT one of James' chips.
