I have Windows ME. I've gotten the KERNAL32.DLL message before and also one that says the IHLPAPI.DLL file has a problem and to check it. Not knowing what either file is, I usually clear the browser cachet and temp files and just restart the pc. I had considered going to the Microsoft site www.microsoft.com but remembered reading here on the Board about problems with some of the updates. Maybe for me, it's time for a new pc.
