I call the "ribbed one" - 24 lines - this is a tpye of chip widely use for roulettes. I have never seen a regular chip with the 24 lines but I don't collect too many "regular" chips. Maybe this chip was accidentally produced on a roulette chip blank ??? I'm not sure how these chips are made and if my theory is possible.
