The BJ inlays are switched all the time in LV.
They buy 2 $25 BJ chips, remove 1 inlay from each and cash them in.
They then go to GGS and buy a 75¢ fantasy chip close to the one they removed the inlays from, resticker them and cash them in.
I know of at least 3 casinos that have been hit that way.
